Deep South Corned Beef Hash - Fried egg, roasted tomato and cornbread

Yardie Breakfast - Ackee & saltfish, dumplings and fried plantain 

Jerk Chicken & Crispy Potato - With sautéed onions served in a pan with festival 

Arubian Jerk Chicken Tacos - Fried plantain 

Stacked Pancakes - Maple syrup, cinnamon snow, crispy bacon and crème fraiche 

Poached Eggs - With either Salmon flakes or Spinach on toasted brioche, hollandaise sauce

Bless Up Breakfast - 2 eggs (any style) bacon or spinach, grilled tomato and toasts 

Caribbean spiced scrambled eggs - Coco bread and grilled tomato 

St Lucian Omelette - With tomato, onions, peppers and cheese (optional ham) sautéed potatoes and salad 

Wraps  - Served with sweet potato fries. Choose either; Jerk chicken or stir fried vegetables or mock jerk chicken or pulled pork 

The English Man Ting - 2 eggs (any style), bacon, Cumberland sausage, grilled tomato, hash browns and baked beans

Cocktails are predominantly rum-based featuring Cottons originals like Sorrell Sling – beefeater gin, homemade sorrel squash, fresh lemon, creme de casssis and soda water; Cottons Punch and Killer Doppi made from four different rums.
